Cosmetic FAQs
Appointments are scheduled online, by phone, or by text (during business hours).
We reserve longer appointment types (annual physicals, fillers, microneedling) as dedicated time blocks.
Same-day/urgent appointments are offered based on availability and clinical appropriateness.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services (examples: filler, microneedling, PRP, longer visits).
Deposits are applied to your service on the day of treatment.
We kindly require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule aesthetic appointments.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a late cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.
No-shows may be charged a no-show fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to respect other patients’ time. Deposits and late-cancel/no-show policies still apply.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA (when eligible), and other payment methods as posted. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
Memberships/packages are non-transferable and intended for the enrolled patient only. Included visits/treatments do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Membership fees do not cover lab fees, imaging, pharmacy costs, facility fees, or specialist charges (unless clearly included).
Annual physical labs are not included unless explicitly stated in your plan.
We can provide lab orders; patients are responsible for lab charges billed by the lab or cash-pay pricing if offered.
All treatments require medical screening and are provided only when clinically appropriate.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment for safety reasons (examples: pregnancy/breastfeeding restrictions, active infection, uncontrolled medical issues, certain medications, recent procedures, skin irritation).
Results vary by individual; no guarantees are made. Some treatments require a series (example: microneedling) and maintenance to achieve/keep results. Touch-ups may be offered per our posted policy and provider discretion.
Standard microneedling sessions are typically scheduled every 4–6 weeks.
More aggressive scar protocols may require 6–8 weeks between sessions. Treatments will be delayed if the skin has not fully recovered or if there is active irritation/infection.
Patients agree to follow pre/post instructions (example: avoiding retinoids before microneedling, sun protection, avoiding certain products post-treatment). Failure to follow instructions may increase risk of irritation, pigment changes, or delayed healing.
If you have a concern after treatment, please contact us promptly. True emergencies should be directed to 911 or the nearest emergency room. After-hours communication is limited unless an after-hours program is explicitly offered.
Clinical photos may be taken for documentation. Use of photos for marketing requires a separate written consent. Declining photo consent does not affect care.
Aesthetic services for minors require a parent/legal guardian present and signed consent (and may be limited by treatment type).
We protect patient information per HIPAA. Text/email may be used for scheduling and non-sensitive communication. Patients may opt out. For clinical concerns, we may request a visit (tele or in-person) to ensure safe care.
Services performed are non-refundable.
Skincare/product returns are accepted only if unopened within a stated timeframe (example: 7–14 days), if applicable.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction related to expected variability of results.
